Blog entry 31.
Jules enjoyed an afternoon into dark session this week, where he landed a nice mid twenty common, he also sadly bumped a fish off just into dark, as soon as he hooked it he knew something was wrong, as the tip kept on bouncing as it kited, hey ho.
A planned twenty four hour trip mid week to the awesome Majestic Pool was a seriously wet one, Julian set up in biblical rain in a swim he thought they might be?. All three rods were perfectly Bushwhackered into position, other than a brief period after dark it just rained and rained.
Packing up was a barrel of laughs (NOT) but luckily Andy who was on for three nights winkled one out as he left. Jules will be back to enjoy Phil and Andy's company again in March.
Off the bank more book work took place, which is a labour of love at the moment. Two gym trips and one 18 mile bike ride which was fun in the rain. Friday a trip into York to meet up with current and retired Legal Advisors for a meal on the night.
As always thanks for reading, keep an eye out for Blog entry 32, tight lines and happy angling Jules.
